10+ years in manufacturing leadership roles in food with broad leadership across supply chain, purchasing, engineering, planning, QA and employee/labor relations.
Strong change management capabilities.
Track record of successfully navigating complex supply chain environments.
Continuous improvement experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
