Incredible Trade Marketing opportunity for natural and organic products. Our client has an amazing company culture and incredible long-term opportunities. This person will lead Trade Marketing initiatives for their specific business unit. Primary role will be to build, analyze and execute trade spending to support the sales and marketing teams.
An ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales, Category Management or Trade Management role, with excellent analytical skills and experience creating fact-based programs that win new business.
Some qualifications include:
- 5 or more years of experience in Sales, Trade or Marketing within the CPG industry working with leading retailers in grocery, mass, natural or club.
- Develop trade strategy, lead category trade planning process, forecasting, co-marketing and meet merchandising, assortment and pricing goals.
- Experience leading people and developing relationships with retail partners
- Must have owned the trade budget and have well rounded experience working with and engaging the sales team
- 25% travel
