To be considered for this opportunity, your strengths should include:

5+ years of warehouse management experience (people development, success improving KPI/metrics, improving culture/morale, strong WMS experience).
Advanced people management skills and the desire to be highly visible on the floor.
Bachelors or master’s degree required.
Food industry experience and bi-lingual a plus.
