Business Development Manager – Greater Minneapolis – St. Paul Area

We’re searching for a strong Business Development Manager who is comfortable selling into senior leadership within the food and beverage industry.  Specifically calling on Engineering & Operations leadership and explaining unique and complex business solutions.

The successful person will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience selling into food processors at a leadership level.
  • Experience in solution sales (sales engineer or technical sales a plus).
  • Relentless, resilient and tenacious sales style.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Experience with prospecting new accounts, tracking and reporting metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
